HOW TO ARRIVE?

By air or boat.

Per al YogaGallery Menorca l’illa comptarà amb un número notable de vols directes des de diferents ciutats europees i del nord d’Àfrica. Consulta el teu aeroport més proper. Es recomana adquirir els bitllets amb antelació.

PRACTICE

The YogaGallery Menorca activities are suitable for all levels. Of course you can participate in YogaGallery Menorca even if you have recently started wirh yoga. And what better time to start practicing yoga than at YogaGallery Menorca?

No, you don't. The organisation will provide you with your mat. But you do need to bring any additional material that you think is useful for your practice, such as blocks, belts or blankets.
Comfortable clothes. We recommend that you bring some warm clothes to keep you warm once you have finished the sessions.
No, you don't. The organization guarantees a free supply of water throughout the festival.
They are the three pillars that support the axis of human wisdom. Each teacher teaches 3 classes (trilogy). Each class focuses on one of these 3 axes: harmony, inner peace and joy.

RESTAURANT

No. The restaurant is open from 11am to 3pm. The cafeteria will be open from 16h until the end of the day. It is recommended to eat 2 hours before practice. If this is not possible, it is recommended to eat healthy and energetic food in small quantities, such as nuts or energy bars. It is also advisable to drink liquids (water or herbal teas) before and after practice.
The restaurant service is open from 11am to 3pm every day. From 4pm until the end of the day, the cafeteria service will be open, also with a vegan offer.
Vegan menu. It will be different every day.
No. The restaurant menu must be purchased separately.
No. Every day there will be a different menu.
Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can adapt the menu to your needs.
The restaurant is located on the Llatzeret site. You can eat in the area set up as a restaurant or have a picnic outside.

YOGALAB

These are special 60-minute sessions to go into more detail and adjustments in the asanas, pranayama or deepen in the philosophy of yoga. The YogaLABs will be small groups of maximum 12 people. The purpose is a more direct and deeper learning with the teacher of your choice.
No. YogaLab sessions must be booked separately and require prior reservation.
They will take place on Friday 27th, Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th May from 1.30pm, with two 60-minute YogaLab sessions each day. Advance booking is required. You choose which ones you want to attend.
No. Access to YogaLab requires a YogaGallery Menorca daily ticket.

MASSAGES

S’ofereixen massatges de 60 minuts: relaxant, terapèutic, de cap-peus i aiurveda. Requereix contractació prèvia. El servei de massatges estarà disponible a partir de les 11h i fins les 17h.

The organisation will provide all the necessary equipment.
Yes, you can take a shower if you need it. But you should take your own towel, soap, shampoo, etc.

DAYS

You can buy a ticket for all days or you can buy it for individual days. In any case, it is advisable to participate in all 5 days and follow the trilogy (Harmony, Inner Peace, Joy) that each teacher has prepared.
You participate in the sessions you choose from the programme, without any obligation to participate in all of them. The Lazaretto offers the option of taking your time and moments of calm, interacting with other yogis, meditation in nature, etc.

ACCOMMODATION

No. Accommodation is provided by the participant at the YogaGallery Menorca.
Mahon and the island of Menorca have a wide range of accommodation. Consult for the different options in your dispositive.
The organizers reserve the right to change the closing date for ticket sales. In any case we will inform you accordingly.

HEALTH CARE SERVICE AND COVID-19

The organization has a health care and cover service throughout the day.

Covid-19 safety distances are guaranteed.

It is not recommended to wear a mask during the yoga practice.

TRANSPORT MAHON→ LATZERET // LATZERET → MAHON

The organization has enabled a transfer to the YogaGallery Menorca. The outward journey departs from the Port of CALES FONTS (ES CASTELL) and arrives at the dock on the Lazaretto Island. You can see the location by clicking on this link. El trayecto de regreso sale del muelle de la isla del Lazareto y llega al Puerto CALES FONTS (ES CASTELL).

The first outward journey is at 8.30am each day, so punctuality is requested. There will be several return journeys during the day. The last return journey is at around 19:00 (see programme).
Yes, transport is included in the daily ticket.

THE LAZERET ISLAND

Yes, the organisers will provide a map of the area with the different points of interest and activities.
There is an area set aside for bathing. In any case, the organisers cannot be held responsible for any possible accidents in this respect.
Yes, you can have a picnic in the different areas that will be set up for the occasion and that you can see on the map.
It is difficult to get lost as the dimensions of the island are very small. However, the organisation will have a support team to help you whenever you need it.
Yes, you can organise your time as you wish. And of course you can choose to spend some time relaxing, reading, meditating, etc.

ACCREDITATIONS AND TICKETS
